Based on the request received by the MSE and in accordance with Decision No. 31/1 of the NCFM of June 24, 2025, regarding the delisting from the Register of Securities Issuers, the shares issued by JSC "SUPERB-SERVICE" (ISIN code MD14PERB1002) are excluded from the Negotiation Plan within the ATS and are withdrawn from circulation on the ATS, starting from June 27, 2025.
