In accordance with art. 29.1. letter. b¹) of the Rules of the multilateral trading system, in connection with the completion of the mandatory withdrawal procedure of the shares held by the minority shareholders, the securities issued by SOCIETATEA PE ACȚIUNI “ÎNTREPRINDEREA PENTRU COLECTAREA CEREALELOR DIN REDIUL-MARE” (MD14REDI1009) are withdrawn from circulation within the ATS, starting from December 26, 2024.
